SHRM to Host EDGE 2020, a Virtual Learning Session, for Industry Experts

SHRM goes virtual with EDGE 2020 to help HR professionals and industry leaders adopt new talent strategies to meet the demands of a new world.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the entire world into an unprecedented state of instability and uncertainty. Business organizations have been forced to transition to remote work overnight fort the health and safety of their employees.

With these revolutions in workplace culture, HR systems and organizational structures have forced to adapt to the changes in order to improve employee engagement. Organizations, as well as HR professionals, must redefine their talent strategy to attract, retain, and develop talent in the post-COVID-19 world.

After ADP and BullhornOpens a new window , who also announced their shift to the virtual conference format for business leaders and HR pros earlier this month, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) has announced its virtual learning innovation, the Voice of All Things Work. The virtual conference with the theme “All Things Talent,” to be held on July 29 and 30, 2020, will address the future of work, worker, and workplace. Attendees will learn new strategies and gain access to practical tools to help their organizations thrive with new talent strategies in the post-pandemic world.
The virtual conference will feature attendees from APAC countries and will have above 30 learning sessions for more than 20 hours. The conference will bring leading industry experts and leaders together and will focus on talent acquisition, talent management, talent well-being, and talent development.
