Henn Ruukel is the CEO of Fleep, a business messenger platform that works with email. Prior to starting Fleep in November of 2012, Henn built and led Skype site operations for seven years. He studied at the University of Technology in Estonia and received a bachelor’s degree in IT Management from Estonian Business School.
