As a lawyer and data center developer, Dakich has expertise in telecommunications, public-private partnerships, government negotiations and tax incentives. Tom founded the Digital Crossroad data center in Hammond, Indiana, and developed networks and data centers in Los Angeles, London, New York and Indianapolis. Quantum Corridor Inc. was formed by Chicago-area technology innovators to connect Indiana and Illinois through its coherent fiber-optic network and create an information-sharing platform for Midwest defense contractors, commercial institutions, research hubs and universities.
