Turing Fest 2024
The Turing Fest takes a unique approach to industry conferences by allowing engineering, product management, and growth leaders to connect at an intentionally cross-functional gathering. Now in its ninth year, the two-day event is expected to have more than 1,000 attendees, who will have their choice of 40 different sessions spread across four content tracks: Build, Grow, Lead, and Invest.
Topics range from bridging the gap between Product Development and other line-of-business teams to leadership lessons and how to successfully incorporate AI into business processes. Speakers include Rand Fishkin, CEO and co-founder of SparkToro; Matt Lerner, Founder of Systm; Colin Burns, a former Senior Director at Apple; and Ross McNairn, CEO and co-founder of Wordsmith AI.

2024 USENIX Annual Technical Conference
The USENIX Association is a nonprofit organization founded in 1975 to bring together engineers, researchers, and practitioners working on advanced technologies. The USENIX Annual Technical Conference provides a venue for researchers to publish and present their work at technical sessions held each day or poster sessions held in the evening.
The three-day event features academic presentations on machine learning, cloud and edge computing, security, storage, hardware, and more. Dr. Carole-Jean Wu, Director of AI Research at Meta, will present the keynote on Scaling AI Sustainably. The conference is co-located with the Symposium on Operating Systems Design and Implementation, where professionals from academic and industrial backgrounds meet to discuss systems software.

DataConnect Conference
DataConnect 2024 is among the top 10 conferences for data science and analytics professionals. Around 2,000 attendees are expected to gather to learn, collaborate, and connect on topics like AI and machine learning, data engineering, governance and risk management, and more.
The three-day event will consist of pre-conference workshops, an expo hall, and sessions ranging from keynote talks and panel discussions to hands-on tutorials and networking opportunities. Sol Rashidi, Founder of ExecutiveAI, and Dr. Joy Buolamwini, author of Unmasking AI, are expected to speak.

HOPE XV
Hackers on Planet Earth (HOPE) is an all-ages event that began in 1994 to celebrate 2600 Magazine’s 10th anniversary. Now in its 15th year, the event features talks, workshops, and themed “villages” for individuals to connect on themes like amateur radio, mobile privacy, wearable technology, and more.
Unlike other conferences, the three-day event runs from Friday through Sunday. More than 100 presentations are planned on cybersecurity, personal security, hacking and hacktivism, AI and machine learning, and more. Presenters come from various backgrounds and consist of international hackers, C-level executives, researchers, professors, activists, artists, hobbyists, and IT professionals. At least three dozen hands-on workshops will be provided to teach attendees how to solder, use Arduino, get an amateur radio license, and more.

MOMENTUM AI Global Summit
Attendees at the Momentum AI Global Summit can learn from current CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs that have successfully implemented AI in their organizations. The conference is designed to be more intimate, with most sessions held as interviews or moderated panel discussions.
All items on the agenda center around the use of AI in the enterprise and cover topics from benchmarking, evaluating, deploying, and scaling AI. Speakers include Teresa Heitsenrether, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, JPMorgan Chase; Rodrigo Madanes, Global Innovation AI Officer, EY; and Rama Akkiraju, Vice President of AI, NVIDIA.

THAT Conference
THAT conference is a different kind of conference, evidenced by its tagline: “Summer Camp for Geeks.” Professional attendees can spend up to four days learning about different technologies, platforms, and disciplines. A family track is available that highlights STEM topics and allows children to interact with technology industry professionals.
Sessions cover software development, including programming languages and tools, AI and machine learning, web development, marketing, professional skills, and more. Workshops are also available for hands-on instruction in topics like Kubernetes, spatial computing, content design, and more. Keynote speakers include Kent Dodds, an instructor at EpicWeb.dev, and Mark Techson, a Senior Developer Relations Engineer at Google.
