The presentations will be part of the bMighty.com SMB Theater & Pavilion, which will provide a forum for small businesses to learn about new innovations in the area of networking and IT management. They will showcase the top IT best practices developed and voted on by the community of 400,000 users of the Spiceworks – a free collaborative IT management application and community designed for small businesses.

“Running a Sound IT Shop: Best Practices from the Spiceworks IT Network”. This session will highlight how IT professionals can set up a network, and messaging services, keep an IT shop running smoothly, and effectively support users.
