Aron Waisman, Americas Distribution Strategy Lead at Synergy Associates, joined the team in 2024 after a distinguished 23-year tenure at Dell Technologies. As the former Sales Director and General Manager of the Global Dell Outlet for North America, Aron led expansions and operations, driving growth and innovation. Aron held various leadership roles at Dell including Senior Sales Manager for Latin America & Canada Services. Here, he spearheaded the services business across regions including Panama City, Mexico City and Toronto implementing strategies and processes to enhance delivery and business growth. Residing in Austin, Aron is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and an active volunteer who passionately coaches baseball.
