Denise is the sole User Support Specialist at Cochise College, bringing over 17 years of experience in IT to her role. She holds a degree in Network Security and Administration and a certification in Forensics. An active member of the Spiceworks Community, a moderator, and a SpiceBuddy, Denise also serves as a manager on the Unofficial Spiceworks Discord.

A United States Marine Corps veteran and a retired library worker, Denise now lives in the scenic mountains of Southern Arizona with her two German Shepherds and a rescued desert tortoise.
