Over the last 25 years, I’ve lived IT from the inside and out, holding roles in network support, computer engineering, tech writing, and research. As Head of Technology Insights at Spiceworks, I design and conduct business technology studies to reveal data-backed insights that help everyone in tech do their jobs better every day. My research has spanned topics including the rise of business chat apps, the secrets of workplace happiness, and the impact of generative AI. These studies have been featured by outlets including The Wall Street Journal, NPR, PCMag, Wired, ZDNet, Forbes, and more. When I’m not behind a keyboard, you can find me chasing an energetic 4-year-old and exploring the vibrant culinary scene in Atlanta, GA.
