I’ve witnessed firsthand how a lack of clarity and understanding about the business-technology relationship often leads to poor decision-making, and ultimately, poor business performance. Driven by this insight, I dedicated the last six years to developing a solution: a clear, repeatable, easy-to-understand method for helping business leaders and IT professionals have more productive conversations around technology, make smarter decisions, and achieve better outcomes for their business.
