In her 23 years of user support experience, Jennifer Metcalf has supported nearly every kind of user, running the full gamut from nuns to college students. She has been a member of the Spiceworks community for over 13 years, has been a SpiceLeader of the St. Louis SpiceCorp for almost as long, and has been a SpiceBuddy since their inaugural year. This is the 9th Spiceworld she has attended, and she has been a presenter or panelist in all but two of those. If you can get her to stay in one place long enough, she will gladly talk your ear off about the SpiceCorps, SpiceBuddies, Higher Ed IT, or User Support.
