The Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), the world’s leading body that defines standards and best practices and offers certifications related to cloud security, has released the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) v5. The program’s latest version provides cloud stakeholders with the skills required to optimize the security of critical assets in the cloud. It also offers significant updates to CCSK v4 and provides professionals with a detailed understanding of modern cloud components and state-of-the-art security best practices.
The release coincides with the publication of Security Guidance for Critical Areas of Focus in Cloud Computing v5, which is the primary source for the body of knowledge of CCSK v5.
CCSK v5 covers 12 domains of cloud security knowledge. It includes the latest in cloud architecture, workloads, virtual networking, cloud-native security, DevSecOps, data protection, generative AI, zero trust, and rapidly emerging technologies.
